Terms of Business

All prices include 15.00% vat at the current rate & we charge a flat fee of £10 inc. vat per item to cover delivery, etc.

We can accept payment by Maestro, Mastercard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Solo.

Unfortunately we can only accept orders from customers with a UK landline.

Delivery time is approx. 4-6 weeks, you will be advised if your order is likely to exceed this.

All payments are handled via a secure server and on submission of your order you will receive an automated confirmation email.

Once we have processed your payment details you will receive an email from us confirming acceptance of your order, payment and estimated delivery dates.

Please note that any orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Returns Policy

Subject to the terms and conditions of sale, refunds will not be given unless the goods are found to be defective.

The Seller will be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the Sellers or manufacturers instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the goods.

Any claim which is based on any defect in the goods shall be notified to the Seller within 5 days from the date of delivery of such goods.

Any defective goods will be returned to the manufacturer and only when confirmed by the manufacturer that they will accept the defect, will an exchange of goods or refund of sale be considered.
